Oakes Farm loves to host School Field Trips, Church or Corporate Groups, Birthday Parties, or any other type of groups. Groups may reserve tents for picnics, meetings or gatherings even on days and hours the farm is not open to the public.

Groups of 20 or more receive $2.00 off regular priced general admission. Larger groups, school groups and daycares are eligible for special pricing, please inquire. (In order to receive the discount pricing, all groups must pay the total at one time.)
Birthday Party Package
10 people or less – $125.00 (counting children 3+ & adults, flat fee plus tax)
Additional people – $10.00 per person
Educational Trips are proven to be a great experience for schools. Oakes Farm offers three different options:
A night just for church groups. Great for youth ministries! October 23rd, 5:00pm to 9:00pm with Praise & Worship led by Selfless Son at 7:30pm.
Thursday - Friday
10am - 10pm
(Priority to education groups, 10am - 2pm)
10am - 10pm in September
10am - 11pm in October & November
1pm - 6pm
Please Note: Our Back 40 attractions, with the exception of the corn maze, close at 7:00.
The last hayride to the pumpkin patch leaves at 7:00. Thriller Nights hayrides start at dark.
